Automatic MSW Sorting Plant (Kuwait)

Kuwait plant has been installed as sorting basis plant for MSW. The capacity of the plant is 40 t/h. There is a Bag Opener, Trommel Screen, Finger Screen, Magnet, Optic Separators, Ballistic Seperator and Conveyors placed to the plant. P.E.T, Plastic, Nylon film, Metals, and aluminum are separated automatic. The separated material goes to automatic baler. And baled recyclables are ready for the transportation.

MSW Sorting Plant (Riyadh)

Riyadh plant has been installed as sorting basis plant for MSW. The capacity of the plant is 180 t/h. There is a Bag Opener, Trommel Screen, Magnet, and Conveyors

placed to the plant. P.E.T, Plastic, Nylon film, Metals, and aluminum are separated. The separated material goes to automatic baler. And baled recyclables are ready for the transportation. There are 4 sorting lines which are parallel.

Currently new lines are added.250 t/h is planned in the future.

Packaging Waste Sorting Plant (Athens)

The Plant has been established for sorting of packaging waste in Korinthos/ Athens. The capacity of the plant is 70 t/d. There is a feeding conveyor, bag opener, trommel screen, sorting platform,. sorting conveyor, magnet and automatic baler for recyclables

P.E.T. Sorting Plant (Çerkezköy)

In this plant, P.E.T bottles are being separated from PVC and from mix color P.E.T bottles. The plant capacity is 3 t/h. It works 22 hours per day. After sorting there is a washing & crushing line to produce flakes. There are two Optic separator before washing line. And after washing there is another Optic separator which is controlling the purity. Sorted P.E.T bottles is being transported to washing & crushing line via conveyor. Remaining material and waste is being baled to separate later
